Why I love my job: I love people. It’s a real treat to come in and see everyone who comes in and hear people’s stories. We have a lot of out-of-town guests and people from abroad. I like to help create an environment where people feel like they’re at home.
Interesting fact: There’s a drink at Fig Tree named after her. It’s called Carrie’s Caramel Delight.
